Jun. 6--A win's a win regardless of how well you play.

The Sedalia Post 642 Travelers exploded for five runs in the fifth inning Tuesday night, as they defeated Boonville 8-0 in the first game of a doubleheader at Liberty Park Stadium. The Travelers won the nightcap 11-0.

"On any given day, any team can beat you," Travelers manager Jud Kindle said. "We just have to come out focused, and we didn't come out focused today."

Sedalia crawled out to the early lead on an RBI single by Adam Archibeque in the third inning.
