REVEREND Tim Stratford is not looking for divine inspiration in his campaign against Everton's proposals to build a new stadium in the heart of Kirkby.

All he wants is for the people of Kirkby to be given a vote.

Up until now, the only democratic gesture they have been granted by Knowsley Borough Council is a commitment to a full consultation and that, in Revd Stratford's eyes, is far too little.
