VISALIA -- Volunteers are preparing to continue a nearly 20-year tradition of honoring fallen veterans by flying their casket flags at Visalia's cemetery on Memorial Day.

The annual Avenue of Flags display is scheduled to go up at the Visalia District Cemetery early Monday. The cemetery's annual Memorial Day ceremony is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. that day.
