For the past four years, David Grange has been synonymous with Marmion cross country and track and field.

In fact, the senior distance runner's talent and leadership are quite possibly the biggest reason why both programs have enjoyed success over the past four years.

So it's ironic when you talk to the Iona University-bound athlete about his goals. He's very quick to talk about the team and his teammates and the goals he hopes to attain with them before any mention of individual goals.
