NEW YORK, May 14 /PRNewswire/ -- Sullivan & Cromwell LLP today announced that litigation partner Samuel W. Seymour will be the recipient of the 2007 John J. McCloy Award, which recognizes lawyers who have made outstanding contributions to improving the administration of justice in New York State. The award was announced by Victor A.
