L'insertion au travail de personnes souffrant d'une maladie mentale s'avere complexe et difficile. Pour celles qui travaillent, le maintien en emploi est de courte duree. Cet article vise a identifier des determinants personnels du maintien en emploi de personnes souffrant d'une maladie mentale et inscrites dans un programme de reinsertion au travail. Des 105 personnes qui travaillent durant le suivi de 9 mois apres leur inscription a un programme, pres de 50 % maintiennent leur premiere activite de travail.
