May 6--Kathy Lazenby of Livonia knows a lot about greyhounds.
She is treasurer of Greyt-Hounds of Eastern Michigan, she has fostered many of the breed and she has five of her own: Gina, Hefty, Gus, Karroo and Duke.
"I tend to describe them as big cats in dog suits," said Lazenby, of her dogs as well as of greyhounds in general.
"They're very laid-back, they're couch potatoes and they take their retirement from racin...
