MILLBURY - In addition to approving the fiscal 2008 budget, voters at Tuesday night's annual town meeting redefined the job of director of public works and accepted several streets as public ways.

Voters established a Department of Public Works, which consolidates the cemetery, highway, parks and sewer departments.
