Norilsk Nickel no longer shareholder of Murmansk power plant
MOSCOW. May 3 (Interfax) - Norilsk Nickel (RTS: GMKN) on April 28 reduced its stake in the Murmansk Combined Heat-and-Power Plant to zero, the mining giant reported.
Norilsk Nickel previously owned a 14.83% stake in the plant, or 10.01% of common shares.
The board of directors of Unified Energy System (RTS: EESR) on April 27 approved the plan for completing the formation of regional generating company TGK-1, shares in which will be offered in exchange for shares in the Murmansk power ...
