Apr. 30--PAWHUSKA -- A jury has found a former Hominy citizen of the year guilty in the killing of a waitress in 2005.
Roy Robert Westbrook, 64, was convicted of first-degree murder in the shooting death of Rebecca Clements, who was gunned down in the Hominy Diner while it was filled with patrons during the noon rush July 19, 2005.
The verdict was announced Monday night after the Osage County jury deliberated about 55 minutes.
