Larry Wood, president of the Union Colony Bank, has been appointed chairman of the bank's board of directors.

A 29-year veteran of banking, Wood has been with Union Colony Bank for the past five years. He serves on the Northern Colorado Medical Center Foundation Board and the Monfort College of Business Advisory Board. Wood also is the chairman of Upstate Colorado Economic Development and is co-chair of the Aims Capital Campaign with his wife, Karen.
