Apr. 24--CEDAR FALLS -- The Panthers ushered in a new Creighton assistant, and they can only hope this women's basketball coach oversees as much growth as the previous one. One-time Northern Iowa assistant Tanya Warren returned to campus Monday to become the school's head coach and succeed her former boss, Tony DiCecco. A small crowd of media, UNI administration and women's players welcomed Warren into the newly finished alumni room at the McLeod Center for an afternoon press conference.
