Apr. 24--GRAFTON -- A precautionary boil order will enter its 20th day today, frustrating residents and restaurant owners who rely on tourism as the engine of the city economy.

At the Loading Dock Bar and Grill, employees have hauled hundreds of bags of ice from a warehouse and served canned soda and bottled water, said co-owner Peter Allen.
