Women have a huge investment in peace and order but are usually outside the systems they are trying to change, British House of Lords member Shirley Williams told a Boston conference, "Reaching Common Ground," Nov. 11-13.
While primarily focused on Northern Ireland issues, the women frequently addressed the wider issues of women struggling to organize against injustice, violence and sexism.
