Two researchers at Florida International University (FIU) say data encryption for public ISDN networks is now possible. Wunnava V. Subbarao, a professor of electrical and computer engineering, and Irma B. Fernandez, a research associate, have written a paper on testing and evaluating encryption-based data security in ISDN environments.
