Apr. 12--FRANKFORT, Ky. -- In a settlement with the Kentucky Office of Consumer Protection, Mason's Memorial Chapel of Mayfield will pay $9,537 in civil penalties and costs for failing to file yearly reports on prepaid funeral arrangement contracts, according to Attorney General Greg Stumbo.
