PLEASANT GARDEN -- Mr. Charles Emery Osborne, Sr., 92, died Saturday, April 7, 2007, at Moses Cone Hospital.

Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. today, April 10, at Centre Friends Meeting. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

Mr. Osborne was born in Guilford Co., on October 10, 1914, to the late Charles and Sallie Hockett Osborne. He retired as an upholsterer with Monarch Furniture Co.
