IT's two days before Christmas, and the excitement is bubbling in a small office overlooking the bustling town of Coxen Hole on Roatan island, Honduras. Children scramble and play underfoot, while volunteers at Familias Saludables (Healthy Families) struggle good humouredly to preserve some order. This is, after all, a party, and everyone is here for a good time. Visitors from less tropical climes guzzle ice water, but their perspiration flows freely as a tiny air conditioner loses its battle with the Caribbean heat.
