Apr. 6--According to a scientific opinion poll funded anonymously and released Thursday by mayoral candidate Matt Kelty, a majority of likely voters in the Republican primary election oppose the Harrison Square project.

The poll, conducted by Zogby International of Utica, N.Y., was taken March 27-29. It asked residents likely to vote in the Republican primary election if they support or oppose the $125 million to $160 million downtown revitalization project as proposed by the city.
