Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. announced the signing of a long-term lease with BJ's Wholesale Club for approximately 107,000 s/f at The Dock Shopping Center in Stratford, Connecticut.
James Aries of Urstadt Biddle and Jack Dowling of BJ's handled the lease negotiations.
