Two more power projects in the private sector with cumulative installed capacity of 1000 mw are on anvil. The projects having power potential of 800 mw and 200 mw will be set up near Karachi and Sukkur respectively, The Private Power Cell (PPC) has confirmed interest on the part of the government for the proposals made by Power Generation and Services Limited for 800 mw and M/s Indus Power Project for 200 mw project.
