Mar. 20--Greeley's first Chipotle Mexican Grill is about to open, but prior to that opening will introduce itself to the community with a couple of events. The restaurant is in the former Columbine Bowling Center, 807 17th St., and will open officially March 30. But prior to that opening, it will conduct a free day from 11 a.m.-7 p.m. March 28, for all University of Northern Colorado students, faculty and staff who can stop by, show a valid UNC identification and become one of the first to taste that Chipotle goodness with a free burrito, burrito bol --a burrito without ...
