LLANDYRNOG United Reserves remain top of the Premier Division on goal difference despite being held 2-2 at Rhyl Nomads, writes Mike McEvoy .

A David Ross Williams strike and a James Gurney own goal ensured Llandyrnog led twice, but battling Nomads rescued a point through David Gray and Phil Graham.

Halkyn United Reserves lifted themselves off the basement for the first time this season after defeating Penmaenmawr Phoenix 2-1, David Lythe and Mark Gunther putting them in command before Phil Edwards replied.
