INTRODUCTION

Among a number of studies on poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) blends the mixture PMMA and of bisphenol-A polycarbonate (PC) is one of the most deeply studied polymers pair. This may be attributed to some excellent properties of pure materials and the research of synergic effects by blending.
