NORTHBRIDGE - Tawny rolls on the floor for a belly scratch, then jumps into her owner's arms and licks her face.
That charm and affectionate character make the 2 1/2-year-old Pembroke Welsh corgi a true champion in the eyes of her owner, Cynthia A. Rusakovich.
