AUBURN - A truck for a Brooklyn luggage manufacturer and importer traveling east on Interstate 290 rolled onto its side in the woods after taking the Route 12 exit ramp yesterday.
Yong Qiang Cai, 54, of Brooklyn, N.Y., was driving the truck for ATC Luggage Inc. when he took the Route 12 exit and went off the ramp.
"He was coming down the off-ramp," Trooper David M. Cahill said. "He was going a little too fast and he went off the road."
Trooper Cahill said Mr. Cai, the sole occupant of the vehicle, was not injured. ...
