This is a busy time for political satirists. Everyone, or so it seems to Elaina Newport, is running for president. "I dread primary season," said Newport, co-founder and producer of the musical political satire troupe the Capitol Steps.
"You try to write a Dennis Kucinich joke, or a Sam Brownback joke."
A challenge indeed, as Rep. Kucinich, D-Ohio, and Sen. Brownback, R-Kan., may not be the best known or most colorful names ...
