Mar. 13-- -- A long-term forecast of average temperatures is just what Paducah's Dogwood Trail organizers ordered. The 44th annual Dogwood Trail Celebration is set for April 16, with a reception at 7 p.m. at City Hall followed by free bus tours of the 1212 mile trail. "Mother Nature came a week early last year and at the last minute we were telling everybody to light up," said trail Chairwoman Phyllis Stovesand during the annual dogwood/quilt planning coffee Monday morning at City Hall.
