Mar. 13--SARATOGA SPRINGS -- Planning Board member Lou Schneider has been tabbed as a temporary replacement for Sharon Boyd, who is stepping down as chairwoman of the Saratoga Springs Democratic Committee while her husband runs for mayor. Boyd said Monday that she decided over the weekend to temporarily step down from the post to avoid conflicts of interest related to the campaign of her husband, Gordon Boyd.
