You may think you know all there is about food safety, but it never hurts to get a refresher course on the subject. These days, more and more operators and dealers alike make food safety a huge priority.

Think back to grammar school. Picture yourself sitting in the classroom with a worksheet full of addition and subtraction problems. Your teacher prohibits the use of calculators, but you think, what's the point?
