BOYLESPORTS bookmakers are to return ante-post stakes on Holy Roman Emperor following Saturday's shock announcement that the wellsupported Aidan O'Brien-trained Classic entry has been retired to stud.

Punters who have backed the colt with Boylesports, for either the 2,000 Guineas or the Derby, will therefore be entitled to a refund in a move that will cost Boylesports a "four-figure sum".
