Mar. 9--It was, recalled Richard Keaveney, when he knew Manna "had to get off the dime."
It was 2005 at Seventh and Walnut Streets in Center City when Keaveney, Manna's chief executive officer, spotted Kelvin Rice, a clothing/interior designer and longtime volunteer for the group, which supplies nutritious meals to those seriously ill with AIDS.
