Mar. 8--WILLIAMSBURG -- The final concert of Art Song of Williamsburg on Friday will go on without its founder, Genevieve McGiffert, who has been in declining health in recent weeks. But if past concerts are any indication, the evening will come off with the combination of first-rate education and performance that McGiffert instilled in all of her artistic endeavors.
