That is the take in a newly tweaked version of the classic Alan Jay Lerner and Frederick Loewe musical that opened Tuesday at Ordway Center in St. Paul. The updates, made by Michael Lerner, son of librettist Alan Jay Lerner, help the musical to speak, in its fairy-tale way, to today.
