According to "Bahrain Tribune", the Ministry of Social Affairs is organizing awards for promoting cottage industries and entrepreneurs, which is being instituted by Shaikha Sabika bint Ibrahim Al Khalifa, the wife of the King. According to a release, the awards will focus on the assistance of the low-income families into the cottage industry, leading to their economic role in the society and their contribution towards the improvement of the quality of cottage industry products.
