Mar. 5--After several years of work, Lancaster and nearly all of its suburbs by early next month could have a new regional comprehensive plan charting their united development.

The 11 municipalities have completed "Growing Together," a combined plan that's considered the largest of its type in Pennsylvania.

The plan governs goals for transportation, housing and social and other issues over the next generation.
