Sinopec to make its shares in Taishan petroleum be publicly traded.(NEWSDESK: Acquisition)

Sinopec Shangdong Taishan Petroleum Co., Ltd. (Taishan Petroleum, SZ: 000554) and Taian Lurun Co., Ltd. [Taian Lurun, SH: 600157) announced their equity reforming suggestions on February 1st, 2007.

Sinopec Corp., the sole non-tradable shareholder of Taishan Petroleum, will offer to other shareholders of Talshan Petroleum with 2.3 shares per 10 existing publicly tradable shares.

As for Taian Lurun, its largest shareholder Taishan Petroleum and second largest shareholder Taian Luhao Trade Co., Ltd. respectively signed a transfer agreement with Jiangsu Yongtai ...
