23 FEBRUARY 2007 NUKUALOFA (Pacnews) - Tongas finance minister, Siosiua Utoikamanu, has invited Chinese officials in a bid to seek assistance with the rebuilding of Nukualofa following last Novembers riots, Radio New Zealand International reports.
