    SIKESTON, Mo., Dec. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- Galaxy Cablevision, L.P. (AMEX: GTV) announced today that it closed the sale of its Kentucky Region cable television systems to Galaxy Telecom, L.P., as assignee of Galaxy Management, Inc.  As of November 30, 1994, these systems served approximately 15,270 basic subscribers (or 63% of Galaxies total basic subscribers as of such date) in western Tennessee, western Kentucky and southern Illinois.
