A lawsuit filed Wednesday in Hennepin County District Court alleges that Edina-based Coldwell Banker Burnet provides incentives to its agents to refer their clients to affiliated Burnet Title for high-priced title and closing services without full disclosure.

The case, which seeks class-action certification, was filed on behalf of Kenneth and Dylet Grady of Plymouth, who claim that the company didn't represent their best interests because it knowingly steered them to Burnet Title for title insurance and closing services. ...
