Feb. 18--NAMPA -- It was a tough Saturday for a couple area Class 1A teams. Both Shoshone and Raft River struggled from the field and it cost them victories on the final day of the girls state tournament.
Shoshone fell behind big early and never recovered, falling 45-29 to Lapwai 45-29 in the third-place game. In a battle for fourth, Raft River led early, but struggled after the break and lost 52-43 to Genesee. The Indians did c...
