ST. PETERSBURG. Feb 14 (Interfax) - A functioning Druzhba oil pipeline is impossible without a complete overhaul of its Unecha-Polotsk section, Oleg Mitvol, deputy chief of the Russian environmental watchdog Rosprirodnadzor, told journalists in St. Petersburg on Wednesday.
"The pipe we have there cannot operate under design pressure," he said.
