CTP field gets a new entry. (Linotype-Hell's computer-to-plate system, Gutenberg)

Linotype-Hell's Gutenberg, a fully digital integrated computer-to-plate color production system, will be introduced in Mar 1995 during the Linotype-Hell Users Group meeting, in Dallas, TX. The system, priced from $400,000 to $450,000, will be used for high-quality full-color work. Gutenberg is a complete robotic design with automatic recording, transport to the exposure unit, internal cassette feeding and daylight operation.
