Jan. 26--It's the 10th anniversary of The Arts Center at Okaloosa-Walton College. But instead of getting a present, it's offering one to the community.

Emmy and Tony award-winner Ben Vereen will make his third appearance at The Arts Center to help area residents celebrate in style.

"He's an absolutely wonderful individual," said Dr. Cliff Herron, division director of Fine and Performing Arts. "And now, he's like an old friend."

Vereen was present at the grand opening of The Arts Center in 1997 and will return at 7:30 p.m. Feb. 3.
