Jan. 23--FRANKFORT -- Lt. Gov. Steve Pence won't seek another political office in this year's election and, instead, will return to private law practice when his term expires in December, he told the Herald-Leader yesterday.
Pence, who most recently considered running for attorney general, said seeking that post wasn't the right course "politically or personally," despite encouragement from some Republicans to make the race.
