Jan. 19--HYDERABAD, India -- Godavari Fertilisers and Chemicals Ltd has posted net profit of Rs 13.89 crore for the quarter ended December 2006, as against a sum of Rs 2.68 crore clocked during the corresponding period, last year. The net sales of the company for the said period, at Rs 423.54 crore were up 9 percent over the corresponding period the previous year.
