Byline: TRESCA WEINSTEIN Special to the Times Union If it wasn't for a mischief-maker in his high school archery class in Orange County, Calif., Robert Moses might never have become a dancer. ``As brilliant as high school students are sometimes, someone was shooting arrows not at targets but into the back yards of people who lived behind the school,'' Moses recalled in a recent interview from his home in San Francisco.
