    GAITHERSBURG, Md., and SAN DIEGO, Oct. 11 /PRNewswire/ -- Boehringer Mannheim Pharmaceuticals Corp. and Gensia Inc. (Nasdaq: GNSA) today announced the formation of a collaboration to develop and co-promote a cardiovascular product based on the Geomatrix(R) technology.  In addition, Boehringer Mannheim has options to develop and co-promote with Gensia additional cardiovascular products using the Geomatrix technology.
