My Fair Lady, often considered the ultimate achievement in filmed musicals, is about to take on new luster.

The 1964 film, a video collectible for years, has just undergone a frame-by-frame restoration, and a 30th anniversary edition will be released Oct. 19 (prebook Sept. 23) following a limited theatrical run.
