TUGBOATS PARADING TO WATERFORD.(CAPITAL REGION)

Tugboats are already steaming into Waterford Harbor as final preparations are underway for the Fifth Annual Tugboat Roundup this weekend.

About 25 tugboats are expected to be the centerpiece of the three-day waterfront festival. It begins Friday when the ocean- and river-going vessels parade up the Hudson River to drop anchor. The harbor will close from today at noon until Monday morning to pleasure craft to allow enough room for the tugs.
